The short version

No account is needed. Uploaded photos are deleted after 24 hours and videos after 30 days. We do not sell data and never use your photos or videos to train AI models.

What we store

An anonymous browser ID in a cookie, so your credits, videos and purchases stay with you. Paid users also get a recovery key to move them to another device.
Uploaded photos and clips in private storage, used only to make your video, deleted after 24 hours.
Your videos for 30 days so you can download them, then deleted. They are private unless you share the link or enter the daily challenge. You can delete one at any time.
Payment records (product, amount, date). Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
Safety records: if an upload is blocked or a video is reported, we keep a short record (reason, time, a hash of the file) to stop repeat abuse. Content involving the sexual exploitation of children is reported to NCMEC as the law requires.

Who processes your data

AI providers (through OpenRouter) receive your photo and prompt to make the video and to run the safety check. They do not keep it for training.
Vercel and Supabase host the site, database and storage.
Stripe processes payments.
Google Analytics counts visits and button clicks without file names, prompts or photos.

Your choices

Delete a video from its page, or email hello@moveframe.app to delete everything linked to your browser ID. To report a video that shows you without consent, use the report form — we remove it within 48 hours.
