What you may upload

  • Only photos and clips you own or have permission to use.
  • Photos of real people only with their consent. The hug and baby templates need the consent of both adults shown.
  • Not allowed: nudity or sexual content, any photo of a child (under 18), public figures or celebrities, face swaps, violence, harassment, or anything meant to deceive or impersonate someone.

Every upload is checked automatically. Blocked uploads cost nothing. Breaking these rules gets the account and its credits closed, and illegal content is reported to the authorities (including NCMEC).

AI-generated videos

Every video is made by AI and is labelled as AI-generated in its file and on its page. Free videos carry a small watermark. Do not remove the label or present a video as real footage of a real event.

Reports and takedowns

Every video page has a Report link. If a video shows you without consent, report it and we remove it within 48 hours.

Credits and payments

  • Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay; Stripe processes the payment.
  • Pro and Max renew each month until you cancel; cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period. Unused monthly credits expire at renewal.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases and stay valid for 12 months.
  • 7-day refund: if you are not happy with a credit pack or plan, email hello@moveframe.app within 7 days of paying and we refund the payment in full. Plans can also be cancelled at any time.
  • Credits for a failed video, or an upload blocked by the safety check, are returned automatically. For any other problem, email hello@moveframe.app.

Your videos

You may use videos you make for personal and commercial purposes, within these rules. AI output is not always accurate and may look different from the person in the photo.

Limits

We may limit or stop abusive or automated use. The service is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
