How credits work: 1 credit per second of Standard video, 1.6 per second of HD, 4 per second of Max (premium model). A 5-second Standard video is 5 credits; 10-second HD is 16.

What is free?

Do I need an account to pay?
No. Credits are tied to this browser and you get a recovery key to use them on another device. Your Stripe receipt lets you manage or cancel a plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you are not happy with a pack or plan, email hello@moveframe.app within 7 days of paying and we refund it in full — no questions asked. Failed or blocked videos are refunded automatically, no email needed.
What happens if a video fails or is blocked?
You get every credit back automatically. That includes photos our safety check refuses (children, nudity, celebrities) — you are never charged for a blocked video.
Do credits expire?
Pack credits last 12 months. Plan credits renew monthly. Free daily credits expire at midnight UTC. The credits that expire soonest are spent first.
Does paying remove the watermark?
Yes. Any video made with paid credits has no watermark. Every video still carries an invisible AI-generated label in its file metadata.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes, any time from My videos → Manage subscription. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
